Description
The Telerik UI for Blazor CheckBox is used to represent Boolean values via a binary checked state. While it may seem like it represents a standard HTML input element, it is packed with features that make configuration, theming, event handling and other customizations as easy as setting a few properties.
The Blazor CheckBox component is an essential building block for interactive and professional forms. It comes with everything you need built in. The demo above shows some of its key features. You will find the three primary states: checked, unchecked and indeterminate. The “Select all available equipment” box is an example of event handling. You can see how it’s set in the source tab. At the bottom, you can see the “Trousers” checkbox is disabled. And finally, you can change the look of the CheckBox by selecting any theme or swatch from the “Change Theme” dropdown.
Other features found in additional demos include business rule validation and appearance customization. Using validation, you can require a box to be checked and, if not, a message will appear to the user. Required acceptance of terms and conditions is a typical use case. With appearance properties, you can easily customize fundamental characteristics such as size and border radius.
